A 30-Day Learning Plan That Fits Around Work or School
A realistic 30-day plan should not assume perfect motivation. Begin with four weekly outcomes, then break each one into small sessions. A 25-minute session with a clear task is often more valuable than two hours of passive video watching.nnUse three types of sessions: learn a concept, practise the concept, and review the evidence. Keep one recovery day each week so a missed session does not destroy the whole plan. At the end of every week, answer three questions: What can I now do without help? Where do I still hesitate? What should I practise next?nnYour final week should focus on a practical output. Do not add new topics just because they look interesting. Finish the work you planned, review it against a checklist, improve one weakness, and document what changed.
